We work directly with 2 selected microlot coffee farms which were well grown and taken care by Cil Ha Sen family – one of the pioneer K’ho famers who learned how to grow high quality Arabica coffee brought by French colony since 1979.
Only at-peak-ripe coffee cherries are picked, then carefully processed by either Natural, Honey or Wet method, depends on characteristics of the coffee come from each farms due to different altitudes and nature conditions.
Green Coffee Beans after being husked, grading, defect sorting; are stored in grainpro bags cover with another layer of jute bags, in cool dry place (Temperature = 20 – 22oC/ Humidity = 50 – 70%).
Green bean moisture vary from 9% – 12% and percentage of defects is < 1%
