Da Kreng Farm
Da Kreng is an old isolated estate where Ancestor of K’ho Cil tribe used to live on cultivating rice and crop before immigrated to Lac Duong – their current inhabitant.
Today, the off-springs heritage the land to grow coffee. Fortunately, this estate is surrounded by tropical jungle which offers fertile soil and humid weather – perfect conditions for Arabica Coffee varieties.
Yearly, from October to February, the cherries are carefully hand-picked, then directly dry on raised beds – this is natural/ dry process; or removed the outer before drying – this process is so called honey process. The methods allows sugar layout to enrich the flavor of the beans which shine in sweetness, delicate acidity, and clean aftertaste.
